Malaysia Inter-Club Trampoline Competition (MICTRAC) 2015

TIJAY Sports - MGF 1st Malaysia Inter-Club Trampoline Competition (MICTRAC)

The very first trampoline competition in Malaysia is here. Organized by TIJAY Sports with the support of Malaysian Gymnastics Federation, the inter-club trampoline competition will be held at Jump Street Trampoline Park, Petaling Jaya on 4th October 2015 (postponed to 1st November 2015), 8:30 am - 3:00 pm.

This competition is opened to everyone, regardless of age, gender, race, nationality, etc. The available categories are as such:
  • Individual & Team Event
  1. Level 1 (6 - 12 years old)
  2. Level 2 (13 - 18 years old)
  3. Level 3 (Open)
  • The Ultimate Challenge (TUC)
  1. Seat drop
  2. Swivel hips
  3. Front drop
  4. Back drop
  5. 1/1 front salto to back
  6. 1/1 back salto to back
  7. Back salto (tuck / pike / straight)
  8. Barani
  9. Alternate front and back salto
