The Ultimate Challenge in MICTRAC

Everyone is welcome to join The Ultimate Challenge (TUC). TUC is a challenge where participants perform a particular skill with the most repetition within ONE minute. Each skill is divided into 2 categories: male and female.

TUC is an open competition for all to compete among each other to be the best is the following 6 skills. (RM 5/skill, max 5 skills to be selected)
> Seat drop
> Swivel hips (seat drop half twist to seat drop)
> Front drop
> Back drop
> Barani (front half twist)
> Back salto (can be performed in either tuck, pike, or straight position)

Details of competition as below:
Date: 1st November 2015 (Sunday)
Time: 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
Venue: Jump Street Trampoline Park, Petaling Jaya


Interested individual may walk in to register between 8:30 am - 9:15 am on the competition day itself. The TUC registration fee (not including Jump Street wristband and fees of any skill) is RM40 which include a MICTRAC t-shirt, grip socks, certificate of participation, and 100 Plus. You will also receive a winner medal and a certificate of achievement if you beat everyone in that particular skill.

TIJAY Sports - MGF 1st Malaysia Inter-Club Trampoline Competition (MICTRAC) on 1 November 2015



The Malaysia Inter-Club Trampoline Competition (MICTRAC) is the very first trampoline gymnastics competition held in Malaysia organized by TIJAY Sports in collaboration with Malaysian Gymnastics Federation (MGF).

There will be teams coming all the way from Kedah, Penang, Johor, Malacca, Pahang, and Kuala Lumpur itself. So do come and show your support on that day. Claim your FREE 100 Plus on that day (for the first 100 supporters only).

[REPORT] Trampoline Gymnastics Judges' Refresher Course

The one day Trampoline Gymnastics Judges' Refresher Course organized on 27th September 2015 (Sunday), 10am - 4pm, at Gymnasium 3, National Sports Council, Bukit Jalil, conducted by MGF Coaches and Judges Education Instructor, Mr. Abdul Razak Abdul Kader has ended successfully with the participation of 18 participants from different states in Malaysia, which include KL, Selangor, Penang, Kedah, Malacca, Johor, and Terengganu.

The 6 hours refresher course includes introduction to the sport trampolining, MICTRAC rules and regulations, compulsory routines, duty of judging panels, method of scoring, and practical exam.

Total of 17 participants have passed the practical exam.
